1 Load the Commission's Part 3 file
Part 3 of the NDIS Provider Register lists unregistered SIL providers who applied for registration (registration groups 0115 and 0138).
If that doesn't work in your browser, download sil_providers.csv from the Commission, then choose it here:

Optional: add the Part 1 register to check registered providers and match by name
Part 3 has ABNs only. Part 1 lists providers that are already registered, with their names and approved registration groups. Download all provider register data (CSV) from the Commission (15 MB or more, it can take a minute), then choose it here.

2 Add your provider list
One provider per line: name, ABN, and registration or application number, in any order. Paste straight from a spreadsheet, or choose a CSV file. A header row is fine.
3 Run the sweep
How each verdict is worked out
- Match: by ABN first. Without an ABN, by name against Part 1 (the same name, or a close spelling that shares at least one word), shown as a "possible match" until you confirm the ABN. Registration and application numbers are not in the Commission's published files.
- Refused: column C says Refused. This overrides column F. The date is column D.
- Removed: column F says Removed. The date is column G, as published.
- Submitted or Application approved: columns C and F, with the submission date (column B) or change date (column D).
- More than one row: each registration group is shown, and the newest row for a group is the current one. Older rows, such as a removal before a new application, are listed too.
- Not found: not in the files you loaded. It does not mean the provider is barred. Check the ABN and the register.
- Old file: if the file's newest date is more than 14 days old, every result says so.
The Commission's own definition of each status is quoted on what Submitted, Approved, Removed and Refused mean. For the background, see what registration group 0138 means for plan managers.
A verdict is never a payment decision. Every row links to the Commission's register so you can confirm it there.
